1. Character Slots & Interactive Stories
Due to the custom nature of Character Interactive Story slots, all sales are final. Once a slot is reserved, it is removed from the market to allow T.C. Shadowbrook to begin the creative integration process. No refunds will be issued for character slots.
2. Digital Downloads (E-books)
Digital products, including e-books and PDF downloads, are delivered immediately upon purchase. As such, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the download link has been generated or sent.
3. Physical Merchandise
For signed paperbacks or physical goods, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage to request a replacement.
4. Third-Party Retailers (Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.)
Please note that this policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website. If you purchased a book through a third-party retailer (like Amazon or Kindle), your purchase is subject to their specific refund policies. We cannot process refunds or replacements for items purchased outside of our direct website.
